We have been given advance notice of two consultations by Westminster City Council relating to the operation of our street markets. Both will be starting on 6th August and run through until October. WCC will be inviting residents, market traders and a wide group of other interested stakeholders to take part. They will be considering a proposed strategy for markets and looking at street-trading licence fees and charges. Full details will be published online, click here for further information. There will be a series of events for people to share their views.
Cllr Jacqui Wilkinson commented: “Tachbrook Market is at the heart of Pimlico and a valued asset. As a resident, I want to see the market thrive. These consultations will give local residents and traders the opportunity to work with the Council to make sure that it can continue to develop and prosper.”
